Order Processing Time

Sand + Fog processes all orders within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be handled on the next business day. During peak periods or promotional events, please expect an additional 1-2 business days for order processing. We will notify you if any significant delays arise.

Shipping Destinations

We primarily ship within the United States. If you are located outside our standard shipping zones but wish to place an order, please contact us directly at cudubelias@gmail.com to discuss possible special shipping arrangements.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

Standard Shipping: Shipped via UPS Ground from California, with delivery typically taking 2-9 business days after your order has been dispatched. Actual delivery timing depends on your location within the U.S.
Expedited Shipping: Available for most domestic orders. Shipping costs for expedited options will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Orders totaling over $75 qualify for free standard shipping. Your shopping cart will indicate when you reach this threshold.

Shipping Fees

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow a few hours for the tracking information to become active in the carrier’s system.

International Shipping

International shipping timelines vary depending on destination and customs procedures. Please be aware that customs fees, import duties, and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.

Sand + Fog cannot anticipate, collect, or reimburse these charges. We recommend contacting your local customs office if you need information about potential fees.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your tracking shows no movement for an extended period, please contact us promptly at cudubelias@gmail.com. We will assist in opening a case with the carrier.

In confirmed cases of lost packages, you may choose either a replacement shipment or a full refund.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please verify your shipping address carefully during checkout to avoid delivery issues. If you realize there is an error after placing the order, contact us immediately.

We can only update your shipping address if your order has not yet shipped. Once it is in transit, you must coordinate directly with the carrier.
