Account Responsibility

If you create an account with Sand + Fog, you are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. Do not share your password with others. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account. Sand + Fog is not responsible for any losses resulting from failure to protect your account information.

Placing Orders and Payment

When you place an order on Sand + Fog, you are making an offer to purchase the items you select.

Sand + Fog reserves the right to accept or decline any order for any reason.
Order declines are rare but most commonly relate to payment processing issues or inventory shortages.
All prices are shown in USD and may change. If a pricing error is discovered before shipment, we will reach out to you before completing your order.
Payments are securely processed at checkout using trusted payment providers. Sand + Fog does not store your full payment card details.
To maintain fairness, perfume oils are limited to five per scent per customer. Orders exceeding this quantity will be cancelled.

Shipping

Sand + Fog ships your products to the shipping address you provide at checkout. Please verify that your shipping details are accurate because once your order ships, we cannot reroute packages.

Delivery timeline estimates are provided but are not guaranteed.
After your order leaves our facility, it is under the carrier’s control.
We will assist you in tracking shipments but cannot be held responsible for delays or losses after dispatch.
